NTP Lampung Province February 2018 for each subsector recorded Rice & Palawija Subsector (NTP-P) (113,38), Horticulture (NTP-H) (93,43); (NTP-P) (115.18), Fishing Fish (110.90), and Aquaculture (93.73). While NTP Lampung Province was recorded at 105.99.
February 2018, several commodities experienced price increases, among others in food crops sub-sector, plantation sub-sector and catching fishery sub-sector such as cassava, coffee, cocoa and some types of catch fish. While the subsector of horticulture, livestock, and aquaculture has decreased in price, among others, on vegetable commodities, fruits, buffalo, broiler, eggs, and some types of fish cultivation.
In detail the increase or decrease of NTP February 2018, the food crops sub-sector rose 0.82 percent, the horticultural crops sub-sector decreased by 1.37 percent, the plantation crops sub-sector rose by 0.03 percent, the livestock sub-sector decreased by 0.31 percent, capture fisheries rose by 1.38 percent, and the aquaculture subsector fell by 0.01 percent. NTP Lampung Province jointly increased by 0.01 percent.
Of the 33 provinces observed in February 2018, the highest increase in NTP occurred in Riau Province with an increase of 1.16 percent, while the largest decrease of NTP occurred in West Nusa Tenggara Province which decreased by 1.66 percent.
February 2018 rural areas in Lampung Province experienced inflation of 0.23 percent due to the 0.17 percent rise in the foodstuff price index, foodstuff, beverages, cigarette and tobacco by 0.35 percent, housing category by 0, 21 percent, health group at 1.01 percent, education, recreation and sports group by 0.20, and transportation and communication group by 0.22 percent. Meanwhile, the clothing group's price index decreased by 0.37 percent.
